Ordering informationDue to the unique nature of each item sold we do not have automatic shipping rates setup. There are two ways to go about buying merchandise:
1. You can check out immediately and pay for the goods minus shipping. You will then receive an email from BoxArt within 24 discussing your shipping options. Once both parties have agreed on the service the shipping invoice can be paid via Paypal or credit card. 2. Send us an email and we can discuss shipping prior to purchase. Once we've agreed on the service we'll update the product price to incorporate shipping. You can then complete checkout through our website. |
A note about authenticity
We understand buyer concerns regarding authenticity. We will always follow a process of due diligence to establish the authenticity of any item before listing in the shop. Autographs are compared with known exemplars and if necessary, further opinion is sort from a recognized expert or professional authenticator such as PSA, JSA or Beckett. We stand behind every item sold on our website for the duration of its lifetime. If the buyer can provide evidence from two recognized experts that an item is not genuine, BoxArt will be happy to issue a full refund (the item must be in the same condition as when sold and the refund is only available to the original buyer). Please note that we will not be responsible for any authentication fees paid by the buyer.
