Offered here is a original on-site poster from the 1972 Muhammad Ali v George Chuvalo fight. The poster has been signed by Ali in blue ballpoint and dated 1972.
Ali twice travelled to Chuvalo's native Canada to defeat him with unanimous decisions, and this poster served as a promotional tool for the second instalment. The thick cardboard poster was designed as a standee and still has the original stand affixed to the verso. The condition must technically rate as FR-GD due to a moderate water stain running down the left hand side. Nevertheless, the arresting graphics and impressive size make it a laudable display piece. The vintage Ali autograph is accompanied by a full LOA from PSA/DNA. Poster measures 22" x 34.5".
