A rare on-site ticket from Miami Beach where Cassius Clay delivered one of the biggest upsets in sporting history. Almost all analysts predicted that Sonny Liston would comfortably defeat the loud-mouthed Cassius Clay. Many worried that Clay would be seriously injured in the process! However the youngster boxed and moved beautifully and a despondent Liston quit on his stool after six rounds.
The ticket has been encapsulated as authentic by PSA. The face features head shots of both fighters. The stub on the right side has been removed. In G-VG condition with one vertical crease and two smaller corner creases. This particular ticket entitled the lucky owner to a seat in the Raised Arena.
