This is an antique real-photo postcard of Jack Johnson (circa 1908) taken prior to his Heavyweight Championship fight with Tommy Burns. Titled "Jack Johnson - Ready for a left hook". Copyright Birmingham Smallwares. A lovely, crisp image of the Galveston Giant. In very good condition with some surface creasing and light soiling. Approximately 3.5" x 5.5". A rare image of Johnson.
