A rare on-site poster from one of the most famous fights in history, the legendary "Rumble in the Jungle". Muhammad Ali met Heavyweight Champion George Foreman in Kinshasa, Zaire on 30th October 1974. The fight was originally planned for September 25th but was rescheduled after Foreman suffered a cut in training. Ali shocked the world, knocking out the heavily favoured Foreman in the 8th round. This French language poster originates from the shores of Zaire, Africa. It is the small version measuring 14" x 18". Printed on thin card stock. The poster is in VG condition. There's a corner crease lower left and a reddish stain to the left border. Vivid colour throughout. Very minor age toning to the edges on the back. The poster bears the original fight date.
