1968 Howard Winstone v Mitsunori Seki on-site program
On the 23rd January 1968 Howard Winstone met Japan's Mitsunori Seki for the vacant WBC World Featherweight title. At the fourth attempt Winstone finally became world champion (after three defeats to Vicente Saldivar), stopping Seki in the ninth round. This is an original on-site programme from the Royal Albert Hall, London. In VG-EX condition. 3/4" split at the bottom of the spine. A nice clean, unfolded copy of the program from this important night in British boxing history.
